Neighbor has this old playhouse/shed that was covered in moss, mice, bugs and had some rotten wood near the rear door. My buddy with a frontend loader came and put it on forks and brought it to the house. After some pressure washing, wood replacement, caulk, paint, tiling inside floor I now have an official "Hen Den" for the wife. I made the front door about 76 inches, old door was about 4 ft high, left 4 ft rear door. Gonna put a little deck on the rear of it eventually. Have about 800.00 in it.
