I love 1911’s and I’ve also grown fond of red dots on my carry pistols... any thoughts on red dots on say, a kimber? Thoughts and opinions welcome!

CHPWS can fit pretty much anything on there too, though anything bigger than a 407K needs one of their adapter plates.

Do I think it’s an abomination? Absolutely! Haha. I think 1911’s are cool for the same reason I think old lever actions are cool. But if you think this kind of stuff is interesting, go get your slide milled and toss your favorite Trijicon/Holosun etc on there.
