I hunt just in the woodline on back side of my 11 acres. Thanks to the new rule (corn) no need to take a long shot with a $15 broadhead. My (wifes) first dot is 20 yrds. 2" rage. Went straight down. I hunt for meat. No horns here during the daylight. Maybe the corn will change that.

How far out were you and what area?
Spitfire 100 grain, the only broadhead I’ve used the past 9 years. I’ve taken a pile of deer with them. No rubber bands to break. If you can do your part the broadheads will do their’s !
What about the Barnett recurve? Any of you all have any comments on that? I am curious as it is a recurve and seems decently priced.
