I have a Banelli nova that I’ve had since i was in high school and i was negligent enough to let the choke sit in it without grease. I have exhausted all efforts trying to get this choke out. I’ve had buddies try heating and cooling, solvent, everything.

I was wanting to try and save money since the barrels are 280 everywhere.

Is there anyone her that could cut the barrel off below the choke and re-thread it?

Thanks in advance!

Have you tried an impact gun? Have seen plenty of stuck chokes, but an 18 bolt dewalt impact has never failed to remove one.

A wing nut adapter with a coin (penny or nickle) will spin that stuck choke right out.

Could call benelli and ask if they’ll take it in and give it a try. I’ve sent a couple back to them for repairs... never to remove a choke but you never know. I paid shipping and offered to pay the smith but never received a bill.
