Question on gun trust

Say you open a gun trust but have purchased class three items prior...Do you have to pay two hundred to put it in a trust?

Yeah if your registered the first ones an an individual and got the trust later you would have to go through the same process to register them under the trust. Only difference is you have them in your possession already so you don't have to be without them until it gets approved if you wanna spend another $200 on each item.

Bebop is correct. Same old form 4 transfer and $200 fee. If its going from one entity (person) to another (trust), its just a normal transfer.

Oh hell no!! Hawaii is not a class three state.. I'm from there born and raised but reside in georgia.
