Question for the serious crappie fisherman out there!

Been a few years but Sugar and Richland Creek on Oconee have/had ridiculous amounts of big slabs. Vertical jigging with plastic grubs or minnow trailer. Tons of timber and a shot at several 2+ lb hogs. Cheers

Oconee is a nightmare during this covid 19 right now,I’m sure they all are,the fish get smaller this time of year after the spawn,but you still can catch them,we caught 58 Wednesday evening shooting docks.the best time to troll for numbers of the big slabs are Jan and feb when the fish are suspended in deep water.
