Question about GA fire Arms License's

My neighbor asked me if he would be able to get a GFL.

Around 2004/2005 him and his brother got into a fist fight after the fight they sat back and had a beer like any real brother's would do. Their neighbor called the cops and he got arrested for domestic violence. Would that prevent him for getting a GFL.

I do not mean to sound like a prick but I only want to hear from people who KNOW facts not peoples opinions.

Arrested is one thing but was he convicted?

Actual charge and disposition, ie was he convicted of anything?

that question is on the form when u purchase with a ffl background check so I say no to a carry permit for at least 5 yrs just like a felony. you ck that box no purchase, Thats the way I read it. happy new yr hope that helps
