Question about class 3 legality

Many years ago at a gun show. I bought the plans and parts to make a 10/22 full auto or select fire. Just thought it would be neat and if I had use these parts I'm sure I would have registered firearm. But I never used them and recently came across them and wondering is it legal for me to sell this kit basically it's a 20/30 pages of diagrams and a few Springs and pieces. I'm realizing now that after 30 years or so I'm not going to do this he requires machine thought we would be kind of interesting and fun but it's just more junking my car Sporting Goods collection. Anybody who has an idea if this is legal to sell let me know I would appreciate it thank you
