Didn’t know that Mogadishu was under quarantine.

You know why Trump keeps saying a federal quarantine won't be necessary??? That's because he has good advisors telling him that he has no Constitutional powers to do it. Now if they would've only advised him not to sign that dumbass "stimulus" bill.
