Puivert Castle not far from where we used to live in France……….

It was more in reference to the southern accent and dialect. For example, the mountains in which the castle is nestled. They should be pronounced "peer-eh-nay" but the southerns pronounce them "peer-eh-nays."

On the other hand, however, half of this country calls our southeastern mountain range the "app-uh-lay-shun" mountains whereas as I, having been raised in them, refer to them as the "app-uh-latch-un" mountains. So there's that. My cognitive contortion for the day. :ranger:
