EGUNNER is a website run by Buds Guns. They offer no protection from fraud and theft. They will also do nothing to make it right after being cheated using their website to bid on an auction. They require a username and password to use their site. The seller I dealt with had multiple positive feedbacks. The seller had other guns for sale and had completed auctions all with positive feedback. The seller messaged me after winning the gun. I contacted EGUNNER and Buds about this and they first tried to tell me the person had been banned weeks ago for scamming. When I pointed out there were not banned and had current other auctions with guns for sale that had bids they finally looked into it and suspended their account and auctions but will do nothing to get my money back. This sellers name is Emilie Hausheer from Long Beach CA and I know that is their real name because they had to use on ID to get the money in person. EGUNNER said this person and most likely others use fake feedback. Do yourself a favor and never use EGUNNER.

It does suck but they spell it out in their terms and conditions. How did you pay? Might have better.luck with a credit card company on a fraud issue.

Additional Conditions

We Are Not the Seller; Transfer of Title: We do not transfer legal ownership of Items from the seller to the buyer. Unless the buyer and the seller agree otherwise, the buyer will become the Item's lawful owner upon physical receipt of the item from the seller, in accordance with governing law cited above. All transactions are between the buyer and seller. It is highly recommended that buyers pay with a credit card that includes fraud protection.

testdepth testdepth I have reached out to an old friend who is a Sgt with Long Beach PD. Asking him if he would be willing to do a "Welfare Check" on your individual. I will let you know what he says. :)

You Sir, are a genius! Thanks. This is the address of the scum. They wanted a money order mailed to this address. This is their real name. They presented a driver's license with this name as proof.

Name: Emilie Hausheer,
Address: 334 Gladys Ave, # 305, Long Beach, CA 90814.

Neither EGUNNER or BUDS GUNS would do anything but both admitted knowing this scammer was on there.
