Might have to come to this one. Never done a competition and never sold a single plate of BBQ, I just cook for all my employees.

It wasn't horrible but difinatly not as good as cooking them straight through with out stopping. I also tried naw rib and sauce. Want a fan of either one. So all in all it wasn't that good. Oh well.

All about the learning process. That's how the best got to where they are.

Myself and a friend competed in WingFest 2017 this past weekend and we were lucky enough to take home Best Overall. The 2 plates above are what we turned in, a "Most Unique Wing" entre on the left and "Hot Wing" on the right.
