Proof Research Carbon Fiber stocks

Anyone here have any experience with them? I can’t seem to find any reviews on them anywhere. Also it would be installed on a factory heavy barrel. So I was wondering how barrel heavy it would make the gun as far as overall balance goes.

Can’t find anything so I thought I would check here.

I've handle a couple, never shot one. They had carbon barrels on them and balanced great. I don't see the use of a light weight stock and a heavy steel barrel myself but I guess if it's priced right then why not.

Manners all the way. Manners elite tactical and never turn back. All my precision guns run manners, even my damn .22LR.

In all seriousness, grayboe, proof, similar style stocks will serve you well. I’ve messed with HS, Grayboe, and McMillan, and they are all great stocks, but I keep going back to manners. He has literally found all the correct geometry and size in his stocks that make them super comfortable and easy to shoot. If you go elite tactical it’ll be the same as a proof since it’s a carbon fiber stock.
