You don’t need an attorney if you are the executor, just take it to the probate court and have it probated! All that has to be done is a judge sign it

I tried, even took the wife (the smart one in the family), turned in the paperwork, and the lady said, go get a lawyer.

That’s strange, I did one last year in Carroll county and did not need an attorney
