So if feinsteins bill gets tossed will the semi autos still be preban? Will there be another bill put up after hers or is this all that Obama wanted put up?

If there is no ban, there will be no Pre-ban or Post Ban....unless you are talking about firearms that are remnants from the previous legislation.

Exactly. I have sold a few things on GB during this mess and not once did I put that crap in the ads.

Back in real life, preban means before the 94 ban. Some states never lifted the restrictions in 2004 like the rest of america. They are grandfathered in those states so people pay more in those states for them

correct. I bought a preban tec 9. Its really a preban because it was made before an ACTUAL ban. Not a ban they want to pass.
