Sorry to hear this. I think most Americans sadly know of a friend or family matter, that has struggled with this. It's heartbreaking and no words can really convey it. I'm sorry your family is going though this. Get plenty of self care (rest, sleep, food, even if you don't' feel like eating, and counselors as needed.
