My best guess is 6 months minimum before I can shoulder a rifle.

As a PT I would guess 6 months best case more likely 9-12.......... sorry to be full of good news........ but truthfully after multiple repairs this one’s gotta be right or you’ll be facing a reverse total joint replacement......

Healing nicely according to the doc. I'm out of the sling, stitches removed, and starting physical therapy soon. Rotator cuff was not repairable other issues were taken care of and hopefully I should be back to work in 6-8 weeks.

We did discuss reversal joint replacement today and hopefully it will be a long time before that is needed. Pain and strength were the issues not mobility.
