posting issues

When posting it never shows that post and fresh the page at the top of whats new....ALL my post isn't showing up


I bump a page and it isn't bumped, but I can go to my profile and it's there but on the OP it's not bumped up...

I can start a thread and it will be fresh at the top, but any other posting it will not fresh that page
