Pork tenderloin sandwiches

Flour stuck good with egg/buttermilk. Just need some seasoning.
I like Greek seasoning on pork tenderloin but I've only grilled it with it. One of the best I've ever done according to the family; I coated with olive oil and greek seasoning, let it sit in the fridge for 2 days, then grilled it. I'll have to try it fried next time but just salt & pepper sure is good imo. Keep us posted .

I hear ya. My buddy in Illinois said to fry themin lard which I did today. What kind of seasoning?
