My wife will be starting the usual Sunday breakfast in a couple hours. Homemade biscuits, sausage, bacon, eggs, grits, n gravy. Porks will wait until this afternoon. Heck I may even do a pan of fatback on the BGE this morning.I'll have to get some breakfast going soon lol

Ta closest to me is Jimmy Carter blvd. kinda hard to drive that far when there is a mom n pop place near me that has huge biscuits.There's one in Carrollton.
We usually just mix an egg with some water (when I use milk the flour don’t stick good) and then mix some self rising flour with salt&pepper . Dip it in the flour then the egg wash then the flour again. Fry on med high. That looks good to me though.Well they were ok. Guess I did ok for not making them in a few years.
