I picked up some ribs the other day and as soon as I got outta the store and in my truck I hit the app and fired off the RecTec so it could be at temp when I got home since I was only 15 mins away

It outta be against the law for smoking to be this easy. Makes me feel like I’m cheating after smoking on my ‘Egg for all those years.

My bigass barrel smoker takes about 10 dollars in charcoal and 30 dollars in wood to smoke a butt. I have to babysit it all damn day. It's time to make the switch.
