Got a bad case of poison.ivy/oak that started on top of my head and is closing my right eye. My doctor is gone until next month. Anyone have any ideas? Prednisone doesn't seem to be helping much.

My grandma swore by old fashioned lye soap.
I must be immune to poison ivy, never had it. Get a little itchy, but hot shower with lots of soap and I'm good to go.

yeah, ER time. Poison Ivy in your eye can cause blindness.
Urgent care asap. That can take an eye.

I had similar a couple years ago. See a real Dr. that can gine you a steroid shot in your arse and a Rx for prednisone.
I had a similar case years ago on my face. the aveeno oatmeal bath was the ticket. It wasn't perfect but it worked to reduce the itch and urge to scratch.
Urgent care or ER. Your vision is too important not to mention that looks infected.
