Plumbing work in Gilmer County

Hi Guys, I am needing some major plumbing work in my mother's house in Cherry Log in Gilmer county. House was plumbed with the polybutylene pipe and it is starting to leak. Any ODT plumbers willing to help out?

Crawl space? Single level home? How far is the meter from the house?

The house is 30 years old, probably need to replace the entire system. Single story home, half basement, half crawl space. House is on a well, pressure tank and filter in basement.
