The final nail in the coffin would be if the judge refuses the plea deal and throws out the whole thing, which could happen considering the charges they made were effectively ruled null and void when the judge threw out that charge against Rittenhouse. Clear case of prosecutorial intimidation....I hope the judge says as much....
