Is it possible to remove a pin and welded muzzle device without damage the threads to install a warcomp instead? Thanks. I really need help with this. Of curse this procedure have to be performed for a gunsmith not by myself.

Yes. But if it was done right there is a small part of the thread that was remove to hold the pin. So no more damage to the thread.

Yes it can be removed without damaging threads. I set it up in mill and use a .125” end mill.

You can do it yourself if you are half way decent with a drill/Dremel and dont mind boogering up the break.

All you have to do is grind or drill the weld down enough to get the pin out. Then thread the break off. Threading it off should clean the threads up where the pin was at.
