Well I reckon I’m gonna be one to disagree a little here.
Too me... a thick ass bone in grilled chop is tough to beat and I truly love’em, but....
You put a good, thick, bone in, rare, wood grilled Ribeye on a plate beside that pork chop and I’ll grab the Ribeye every time...just me personally YMMV

A farm I go to slaughters all their own Beef, Pigs, Chickens and also makes sausage, Bacon and I picked up some thick cut Pork Chops Yesterday. So the Bride will get those grilled and Q'ed with fresh Asparagus with Roasted Potatoes.

I coat everything that goes on the grill with olive oil. Sometimes when Kim ain't around I might use a lil left over bacon grease. She used to not like Mahi grilled haha Bacon solves all kinds of problems
