I've been trying for an hour to get my "photo" to load on the form 1 e-file. It's way under the 3mb maximum size. I have great internet. But it just keeps saying uploading photo.
Any tips?

Have you closed out the website and then try reopening it? The site might be the issue.
I've tried on 2 different laptops today. One at work and then one when I got home. Just staying on the "uploading photo"
Ok got it. Google Chrome was the issue. Firefox took it in 5 seconds.
The eforms site was build in 1986... hasn’t been updated since the machine gun ban. It’s finicky.
