Pain in the nuts

I guess this is the place. I don't know if this is heat related or something else. I have noticed when I get really hot.
My hands start aching. Which hurts but is tolerable.
The most concerning issue is I keep getting this shooting pain through my right testicle. I mean feels like a small knitting needle is stabbing me. I am hoping this is dehydration. I don't feel anything out of the ordinary.

What he sed. I had the same thing yrs back and it ended up being a hernia. At the time I was leg pressing 900lbs. and was using a belt. 2 weeks off for heal time. 8 weeks total for recuperation.

mine felt a lot like that and it was the usual, hernia, get it ck'd before yer guts spill into yer sack, not comfortable at all.

Cannot be said enough, go to the M.D.. don't listen us internet docs, you need a physician to exam you.

I'm no doctor but this is what I would've put my money on. As for the hands, could it be arthritis?

Of course I came to the ODT first. Im friends with my doctor on Facebook and know I will get in trouble for asking there.
