Packing Food in Mylar Bags

so I bought 20-5mil mylar bags for 5gallon buckets and 20-3000cc O2 absorbers. Was going to pack rice, beans, and pasta. Any other recommendations on food that lasts long term in mylar?

I apologize, not helpful but I couldn't stop myself.
 
Wheat berries(grind for flour), Oats, White rice, great northern beans, pinto beans, red beans are the most budget friendly. They all store in the 30 yr range
