there's no way all these people miraculously decided to part with their P365's "because". I finally just bought an XL from Sig's LEO/MIL dealers, so whatever.
I don't understand the logic behind 'pay to get my gun out of pawn and I'll give it to you' ...... wouldn't it be easier/less shady for someone that wants it to go in and by it from the pawn shop themselves?

You can't buy it until it comes off pawn.
That said, I don't see any advantage to the seller, unless he has some other stuff pawned and the pawnbroker won't release any of it until it's all paid. Never heard of that happening but I guess it could.
