The sample photo looks like a rough example. I had rather spend a little more money and get a Sig Certified Pre-Owned, from a trusted seller, with a 1-year Sig warranty. The CPO P229 DAK in 40S&W at CDNNSports is $379.99 (plus about $14 to ship). The last Sig CPOs I purchased looked new.

Bought one of these years ago (not from this company) to use as a base for a 357 SIG build. Big, heavy, clunky guns, but sweet to shoot and the price is right.
