Well, you could do that if you wanted to double the cooking time. Go for it. I promise you, it won't be any juicier or more tender.
Again, we're talking oven, not smoker. We're actually looking forward to leftovers tonight. :cool:

Always lots of leftovers. If you have a smoker, make a Texas brisket. If you have an oven (or crockpot), make a Jewish brisket. Long braise with a sweet and sour tomato base and veggies.
