Openly Carrying A Rifle in GA

More than most likely. Definitely not. GA has no law against carrying a concealed weapon. So concealing it means nothing under GA law.

If you mean concealed inside your vehicle, then yes. But GA most definitely has a law against concealed carry outside of your property. You have to have a license.

For an AOW, not sure if the State would require a CCW for it. Most likely, they'd air on the side of caution.

If they reject it on the grounds that it's not an AOW, then what would prevent you from concealing it? The fact that it's an AOW? Oh, right.

If you conceal a firearm that’s not a pistol, that very act makes it an AOW. If you get arrested while doing so then you will be charged under AOW laws. Does it make sense? No. But that’s the law.

And it changed again, otherwise a CCW would not exist in GA.
Do you just make this stuff up as you go along? A "CCW" does not exist in GA. There is a weapons carry license, which is required to carry a weapon (i.e., knife or handgun), openly or concealed. But there is no crime against carrying a concealed weapon. If you think there is, can you give us a citation for it?

If you attempt to register it as an AOW and the government says it is not an AOW, the government cannot later charge you for having an unregistered AOW. That's the law.
