The question was about open carrying a handgun. You can open carry a handgun without a GWL while hunting or fishing if you have a license to engage in those activities, and it is very much not made up.

back when we were teenagers we would congregate at a Particular shopping center at night.The cops would come by and tell us to leave.Finally someone challenged the order,(prolly a politician now) next week they had signs up and a new loitering ordinance with a fine of $79.Try coming up with $79 in the 60's and you are 16 years old.They gonna do what the **** they wanna do.
