I think alot of folks are forgetting how small a vz61 is. In a hip holster its still smaller than some full size pistols.
Now to the question of legally. I dont see how it would be different than anything else. ESP if you already have a permit

I’m more curious to see how the holster is cut to accommodate the mag
first thought was "I need a hip holster for the Honey Badger!!!" now I bet it looks a lot like a B&T pistol in a holster.
Just keep the stamp/paper work on you, but I have never met a leo who knew what a sbr was. So you should be fine.

I really didn't plan on open carrying it, but I was kinda curious since the VZ 61 is small enough to be holstered. Though it'd basically be like open carrying a Desert Eagle with the size of it.
With the leather surplus holsters they're cut for the 10 round mags, like this one.
Just a mental image/refresher that its pretty easy, and if you liked the looks people give when they catch a glimps of carry pistols wait till you see their face with this or a mac lolol priceless

Hmmm, I do also have an UZI that I SBR'd.
