So I have an opportunity to acquire a '67 Riviera from the original owners (93yo couple). Its been sitting under a shed for 15 yrs. All original with 80K on the odo.

I will need a shop that can help me pick it up, get it running, new vinyl top, and clear coat it. I want to make a patina car that I can drive to work regularly (don't want a new jelly bean - all cars look like jelly beans now).

Any recommendations in Marietta / Woodstock area?

I know of several guys in this area that could handle a project like this Buick but they're all booked up for many months.
A few years ago I'd take this on myself but ain't gonna happen now :(

Gotta wonder why it was originally parked.....drive train issues ????
I'd highly recommend looking under that vinyl top for roof/rear window frame rusted thru sheet metal.
Common problem....
Trunk rusted thru ?? Mice get into the wiring ?
Not a high production vehicle...parts are going to be difficult and $$ to find.

Jelly Bean Car - excellent - you are so right - give me a candy bar (square) all day long
