I love them anyway way you cook them, but my favorite way to cook them is stuffed with a mixture of stuffing and applesauce, wrapped in bacon and baked for an hour. They will make you hurt yourself.

I like to dredge them in flour, then in egg, then in ground pecans, then fry them

Bacon wrapped, stuffed with jalapeño, cream cheese and grilled. Awesome!
