Update

I have received the new layout from the civic center. In August I will post it and start contacting everyone in order to re-choose tables/booths. Please disregard all layouts and table reservations in this thread until I update it in August.

Tables & Booths

For ODT10 we have a total of 36 booths and 81 tables available. (A booth is 3 tables at the end of a row. ) Tables & booths do not include admission.

Tables - $20
Booths - $75

I will contact you when it's your turn to choose your table/booth.

Power can be added to your table or booth for $25.

Stores

The civic center has 6 rooms located directly off of or very close to the main floor. I'm referring to them as "stores" and I'm offering them up if anyone wants them, the prices are as follows:

Large Room - $200 for the day (Rooms 1, 2, and 4 on the map.)

Small Room - $100 for the day (Rooms 3, 5, and 6 on the map.)

If they do not get rented I will make them available for free classes/demos, etc.

Not sure if I want FatAlberts kissing booth in the front right as people walk in but I don't want in the back either. Maybe somewhere in the middle so when biker finally gets the nerve to come lay one on me he won't have to walk to far from where he's at.
