I agree. Apparently my sisters job at dollar tree working 1 or 2 days a week is more important because she's been there 2 years and works nights and that was to be my schedule at gander. Thanks to Gander Mtn Snellville for the interview offer. I hate having to turn it down

You seem like a nice kid, but you are a train wreck at times. If you want something, make it happen. To say a sister's 1-2 day a week job is preventing you from anything is just silly. Saddle up and do what you need to do to make YOU happen. I've lived my life making excuses. Don't end up old and miserable like me.
