No ammo! No problem! Covid spaghetti sauce

So this is what happens when you have no ammo but your corona tomatoes are popping. Homemade spaghetti sauce. I've been trying to steal my brother in-law wife's recipe for years. She's an italian from Philly. I don't like italian sausage so I substituted. Let's see how it turns out.

Mexican spaghetti. Damn now I need to try that with thin cut up tortillas instead of pasta. I think we’re on to something.

I like to Par-Boil my Maters and peel them...Then start the process of making the sauce. I like to thicken mine with paste and use the sauce when done to make several different dishes..Such as Lasagna, Pizza, Spaghetti and Meatballs. So I'll make enough for several dishes and freeze the rest...
