Dutch ovens are the Bomb! Cooked a ton of food at the camp..I have made everything from cat head biscuits to Cobbler and stews..I like the lip around the top for retaining hot coals...Just re-season it..

Much as I love my cast iron, I received a Black Steel skillet for Christmas this year. About half the weight of my great grandmother's old CI and its like cooking with Teflon! Fried eggs and omelets just slide right out! Care for it like CI...keep it seasoned with shortening or flax seed oil.
