If you have an idea for a new forum, put up a thread about it in the site suggestions area or general discussion.
If you get 50 replies, I'll put the forum up. Your post can just be "who wants a forum for talking about thundercats? and then people can respond with "I do"
If I put the new forum up it needs to get at least 20 posts in the first week or I'll take it back down.
All this takes me out of the position of having to figure out what forums people want and don't want. Also no one can be mad at me if their forum idea isn't used because it will be obvious why, not very much interest.
