I just saw a news segment about the UPS shooting in CA. The police said the shooter had an "assault pistol." Does that description make the weapon more evil?

Man, how did he get hold of G18 or APS (Automatic Stechkin Pistol)? They are the only handguns that could be called "Assault pistols" that come to mind.

Well, if it had a shockwave or some kind of other pistol/brace thing that may or may not be shouldered or something like that.

Those are pretty #ghey but I don't think criminals who wish to do harm to someone with a gun are worried about waiting to get the proper stamps...

Of course, the left sends out a juiced up lunatic filled with hate and contempt, to take out the minions of a "illegitimate" president. Remember, "never let a good tragedy go to waste", hence the new assault pistol. Every semi-auto is going to be a "assault pistol" now. Much like the "gun expert" on CNN, explaining how the switch on the semi-auto makes it fires like a machine gun. I presume she got her educational credentials from the same box of Cracker Jack as the host of the show.

California defines an assult pistol if it has a threaded barrel, if the mag inserts anywhere else but the grip and of course if it holds 11rds or more.. I freaking hate California
