Well I bought a new colt Ar. I wanted to buy a new factory AR and I found a New colt. Cr6920. Got it home and went to clean it. Noticed right by the feed ramps looked like it was filed or grinded down. I chambered a round and ejected it. The projectile was scratched up. Would you be concerned ? Did the best I could with pics.

I wouldn't worry about it.

The factory mags often scratch the hell out of the brass till the fed lips get broken in. You might try a chamber brush to knock the burrs off the M4 feed lips.

Normal for Colt. It's much more unusual to get one where the feedramps are not like that.
