Never smoked a Turkey Breast only

Done wrapped in foil and off the smoker! I am slap ass worn out.

DD, have you ever used, pecan, maple, and cherry wood when smoking a turkey, ham, or whole chicken, when smoking ribs or pork loin, try pecan, hickory, maple, think you will like it...
Boy Howdy I love pecan, apple also. I have to restock my smoke woods, as I just took her out retirement..Hickory is my faithful go to. I try to always soak my wood for several hrs before putting it on the Lump.
 
Mighty fine looking breast there. Love using (in general) pecan, apple and alder and a bit of oak, unless I'm doing ribs then I'll add some mesquite.
