It appears that, not only was the trailer overloaded, but it's also one of those that you can adjust the position of the trailer axles, and the axles appear to be all the way to the rear, giving no support towards the middle.
I've seen this happen to van trailers like that, that have been converted into chip trailers.

I've seen this before, all it takrs is equipment that is faulty and a few dumbasses.
