If somebody commits through a text then backs out can you give them negative feedback?

Nope

Actually, you can. Nothing stopping you.
But, if that member complains, it will be removed. Not everyone complains.

If i do deals thru texts and set up a meeting, i will send them a detailed pm of the meeting (price/time/date/place/item) and tell them to reply or the deal will not happen. Never had anyone object to that.

looking at his feedback then reading all of his posts it looks like he might just do it for fun. may just be here to troll people.
