Tighten and clean gutters
Replace and paint some fascia board
Replace some rotted wood in door frames
Repair roof around vent as some water has been leaking in to the wall
Determine if any interior repair work is needed in attic or walls
Repair where seam tape has pulled away from vaulted ceiling
Pressure wash house and deck
If you cannot do this type of work but can vouch for and recommend someone who can, please post that as well.
