I picked up a lightly used Springfield P9 long slide ported barrel made by Tanfoglio out of Italy, Cz75 clone imported in the early 90’s. It has been drilled and tapped, would like to put a micro red dot on. Couple questions, does anyone know what scope rail that is? No markings other than 3344C 3337C. Scope rings are marked Tasco Australia. Could I find a 90 degree mount for a it? If not looking at the LPA TPU95TA rear sight what style dove tail cut is it, there are some rear optic mounts and could possibly find one for a specific cut. I have looked at EGW and Henning and they don’t have anything, only for Tanfoglio super sights cuts. Since it has been drilled and tapped and no box collector value is gone and may just have the rear milled for $120. That is my last option right now, may be my only one.

Just have it milled. It's the only way if you want a properly set up gun. Have them also move the dovetail for the rear sight in front of the mrds. It will protect the glass.

Leaning on just having the slide milled, I don't really want a frame mounted optic. Have not been able to find a answer to what dove tail pattern it is or what might fit it, just a lot of "I don't know, can't help you".

Holster selection is easier with a slide mounted optic.

A frame mounted optic will shoot better for rapid fire events. The added frame weight helps. The extra sight height is just something you get used to using. The optic tends to take less abuse on a frame mount-brass never hits it, no slamming back and forth.
