Yes! and sometimes looks like it tries to seat all the way in the barrel too, but not quite!

I went full bubba on mine witha dremel and evened out the feed ramp then polished up, works solid now, might wanna send that barrel out for modifications or order a barrel without the feed ramp

Blowbacks can be very finicky. Barrel length, buffer length/weight and spring all play into it to balance out the feed cycle. What muzzle device are you running (brake, linear comp, simple flash hider, etc..)? That can greatly affect how it runs and feeds. To little or too much back pressure to match the buffer and spring will make it not run.

Had the same issue with my AR40 and my dads AR9. Installed this feed ramp and they both work fine now.
